用含TritonX－100及脱氧胆酸钠（TDOC）缓冲液从牛、人脑组织中提取，再用亲和层析技术纯化脑细胞膜抗原，经SDS－PAGE分高蛋白多肽，考马斯亮蓝染色，均显示有18条区带，其分子更为16～124KD之间，证实胎牛脑细胞膜蛋白多肽与人脑组织相似，提示个脑与人脑组织有共同抗原成份，实验表明，用该法提取脑细胞的方法是一种简便可靠的方法，为抗脑抗体的分析研究提供了条件。
