建立了八角莲注射液中有效成分山奈酚的高效液相色谱测定方法，以WhatmanC18为色谱柱，甲醇-水-磷酸（600：400：0．5）为流动相，检测波长365nm，最低检出限为0．2ng（S／N≥3）。本法快速、简便、灵敏。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of kaempferol in the octagonal lotus root was developed. The column was a Whatman C18 column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (600:400:0.5) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 365 nm. The limit is 0.2 ng (S/N ≥ 3). This method is fast, simple, and sensitive.
