建立了八角莲注射液中有效成分山奈酚的高效液相色谱测定方法,以WhatmanC18为色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(600:400:0.5)为流动相,检测波长365nm,最低检出限为0.2ng(S/N≥3)。本法快速、简便、灵敏。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of kaempferol in the octagonal lotus root was developed. The column was a Whatman C18 column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (600:400:0.5) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 365 nm. The limit is 0.2 ng (S/N ≥ 3). This method is fast, simple, and sensitive.
