在医院职能部门中,药剂科属于较为重要的综合性部门,身兼专业技术性质与经营管理职能于一身,在整个医院经营与管理中承担着药品供应、用药指导以及用药监督等方面的职能,因此强化药剂科管理工作意义重大。在当前现代医学背景下,各级医院都应当结合自身工作实际,多措并举强化药剂科管理,更好地服务患者以及保障医院的正常运行。本文着重对如何加强药剂科管理提出并阐述了四个方面的具体措施。
Among the functional departments of the hospital, the pharmacy department belongs to the more important comprehensive department, which combines professional technical features and management functions. It undertakes the functions of drug supply, medication guidance and medication supervision throughout the hospital operation and management. Therefore, strengthening the management of pharmacy is of great significance. In the current context of modern medicine, hospitals at all levels should, in combination with their own work practices, take measures to strengthen the management of pharmacy departments and better serve their patients and ensure the normal operation of hospitals. This article focuses on how to strengthen the management of pharmacy and put forward four specific measures.
