1.本文从实际应用出发,提出“裕度平衡法”用于双支点非对称布置的滚动轴承选择设计。与现行的设计方法比较,本法更为合理,严密,在满足同样使用要求的前提下,可以选用更小、更轻的轴承,对整机的成本、重量、结构和尺寸均较有利,从而可以降低产品成本,提高经济效益。2.把裕度平衡法的计算公式变换成“实用计算图”,对设计人员来说既简单、方便、实用,也容易掌握。3.提出对换系数 X,不仅可以确定合理的对换时间,而且对制定整机的维修计划,提供了一个依据。
1. This paper starts from the practical application and puts forward the “margin balancing method” for the selection design of the asymmetrically arranged rolling bearing with double fulcrums. Compared with the current design method, this method is more reasonable and more rigorous. Under the premise of meeting the same requirements, smaller, lighter bearings can be used, which are beneficial to the cost, weight, structure and size of the whole machine. Can reduce product costs and increase economic efficiency. 2. Transforming the calculation formula of the margin balance method into a “practical calculation chart” is simple, convenient, practical, and easy to grasp for designers. 3. Propose the swap factor X, not only can determine the reasonable exchange time, but also provides a basis for the development of the maintenance plan for the whole machine.
