所谓新型邮电经济学,就是反映社会主义商品经济特点和规律的邮电经济学,这是相对于旧的邮电经济学而说的。1958年12月,我国出版了苏联专家波德哥罗捷茨基的《中国邮电经济学》。此后,一些邮电经济学论著,大都没有离开这个基本模式和内容。现在,我国经济正从高度的计划经济向社会主义商品经济转变,在变革中,广大邮电干部、职工迫切需要有一本反映社会主义商品经济规律和特点的新型邮电经济学。下面提几点意见:
The so-called new type of post and telecommunications economics is the post and telecommunications economics that reflects the characteristics and laws of the socialist commodity economy, as opposed to the old post and electricity economics. In December 1958, China published “China Post and Telecommunications Economics” by Soviet expert Bogotá Roditsky. Since then, some posts and telecommunications economics, most did not leave this basic model and content. At present, our economy is changing from a highly planned economy to a socialist commodity economy. In the course of reform, the vast numbers of posts, telecommunications, cadres and workers urgently need a new type of post and telecommunications economics that reflects the laws and characteristics of the socialist commodity economy.
