作者在近几年来用青霉素治疗心脏血管梅毒患者111例,其中18例主动脉炎,51例主动脉瓣閉鎖不全,9例主动脉瘤合併主动脉瓣閉鎖不全,3例主动脉瘤。以上是依据肯定的梅毒症候,特别是陽性血清反应而确診的。青霉素开始用量为每2—3小时注射4万—8万單位;以后作者採用普罗卡因青霉素,每次30万單位,一天两次,或者一次注射60万單位,一天一次;全疗程青霉素
In recent years, the authors treated 111 cases of cardiovascular syphilis with penicillin, of which 18 cases of aortic inflammation, 51 cases of aortic valve atresia, 9 cases of aortic aneurysm with aortic valve atresia, 3 cases of aortic aneurysm.
