陶行知老先生的儿童教育观主要表现为生活教育思想和创造的儿童教育,他重视儿童的教育,倡导教育从娃娃抓起,提倡家庭教育和学校教育同步进行,积极实践在幼年阶段对儿童进行科学的教育、个别的教育、民主的教育、快乐的教育,通过这样整合又有科学依据的教学策略,儿童不但对学习有兴趣,且能使其发挥个人潜能,体、智、德、美全面发展,创造属于自己的社会。
