T·尼瑟等摘要本文介绍了磨矿回路中旋流器新的控制概念。随着磨机给矿硬度增大,磨机排矿粒度将变粗,磨机的循环负荷提高,旋流器的给料固体浓度增大,此时旋流器需要控制系统。应用体积流量分配控制可使旋流器修正分离效率曲线稳定。应用这种先进的控制系统,磨矿回路可在循环负荷为150%~620%广阔的范围内运行。高浓度的旋流器沉砂可使循环负荷最小,并且不发生过磨现象。
T Nieser et al Abstract This article describes the new control concepts for cyclones in grinding circuits. As the mill increases the hardness of the ore, mill ore size will be coarse, the mill cycle load increased, the cyclone feed solids concentration increases, the cyclone need control system. The application of volumetric flow rate distribution control stabilizes the cyclone corrected separation efficiency curve. With this state-of-the-art control system, the grinding circuit can be operated in a wide range of 150% to 620% of the cycle load. High concentrations of cyclone grit can minimize cycle load, and does not over-wear phenomenon.
