谁是领导活动的主体,这是一个关系到在领导活动实践中坚持什么样的历史观,能否自觉贯彻党的根本工作路线,同时也涉及到领导学学科建设的一个重要问题。对于这个问题,领导科学界多年来屡有争议、见智见仁,而且结论常常是大相径庭,至今仍有同志认为“领导者是领导活动的主体”(见《领导科学》1991年第3期《关于领导活动主体几种观点的商榷》一文),我以为这种观点是不能成立的,为此试从以下三个方面来谈谈自己的看法。一、领导活动是劳动人民群众的活动,
