我国国营企业改革已历时八年,取得了明显成效,但也存在一些问题,有待继续深化。而深化改革的关键,则在于找到其难点并采取突破难点的对策。对于深化国营企业改革的难点,从不同层次、不同角度考察,将会得出不同的看法。本文试图从国营企业改革目标模式的角度,在较深的层次上对其加以探讨,以期有利于明确改革方向、决策改革战略。
The reform of state-owned enterprises in our country has lasted for eight years and has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems that need to be further deepened. The key to deepening the reform lies in finding its own difficulties and taking measures to break through the difficulties. To deepen the difficulty of the reform of state-owned enterprises, from different levels and from different perspectives, will come to different views. This article tries to discuss it from the perspective of the target mode of state-owned enterprises reform at a deeper level in order to help clarify the direction of reform and make policy decisions on the reform strategy.
