尼莫地平是双氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂，易透过血脑屏障，有效阻止血管平滑肌细胞外Ca^2+内流，解除脑血管痉挛，对正常或缺血的脑动脉均有扩张作用。该药对缺血性脑血管痉挛的防治效果显著。我院应用尼莫地平治疗突发性耳聋50例．取得满意疗效。
