讨论总括讨论来稿,认为本病例具有以下临床特点:①患者为一67岁的女性;②突然昏迷伴左侧上下肢偏瘫;③既往史为多饮、多食、多尿、消瘦乏力;④口中有酮味;⑤血压不高,提腿试验、抬颈试验、划蹠试验均阴性。根据上述临床特点的第③点:“三多一少”为糖尿病的典型表现,所以都考虑到糖尿病的诊断。其它临床表现都认为是糖尿病的合并症。大多数意见为糖尿病脑动脉硬化合并脑血管意外(脑溢血、脑栓塞、脑血栓形成、蛛网膜下腔出血)、糖尿病昏迷。来稿
