目的:应用系统选择法选育出丰产性好、抗病、抗逆性强,且质量符合中国药典标准的板蓝根新品种。方法:采用单株选择法,于2009年选择绿茎型板蓝根单株→2010年进行结籽期选择试验→2011年进行成药期品系鉴定试验→2012年进行新品系“定蓝1号”品比试验→2013~2014年进行区域试验和生产示范。结果:选育出的板蓝根新品种“定蓝1号”较当地对照品种增产27.7%;特/一级品出成率较对照分别提高3.3和11.3个百分点;根病率/病情指数分别降低2.75和2.17个百分点;总灰分3.6%、酸不溶性灰分0.4%、浸出物51.0%、R,S-告依春0.256%,分别优于2010版中国药典标准。结论:选育出的“定蓝1号”和规范化栽培技术为板蓝根高产、优质、抗病、抗逆生产提供了新的种质资源,适宜在海拔1 800~2 500 m,年降水量450~550 mm的半干旱及高寒阴湿生态区推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To select a new plant of Radix Isatidis with high yield and good disease resistance, strong resistance and quality conforming to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia by using system selection method. Methods: The single plant selection method was used to select the green stem plant of Radix Isatidis in 2009 → the selection test of seedling in 2010 → the identification test of the drug-induced stage in 2011 → the new strain of “Dinglan 1” Product Ratio Test → 2013-2014 Regional Trial and Production Demonstration. The results showed that the yield of special / primary product increased by 3.3% and 11.3% respectively compared with the control; the root disease rate / disease index respectively increased by 27.7% Reduce 2.75 and 2.17 percentage points; total ash 3.6%, acid insoluble ash 0.4%, 51.0% extract, R, S-report according to spring 0.256%, respectively, better than the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards. Conclusion: The breeding “Dinglan 1” and standardized cultivation techniques provide new germplasm resources for the high yield, high quality, disease resistance and anti - retrogradation of Radix Isatidis, and are suitable for growing at an altitude of 1800-2 500 m, annual precipitation Popularization and application of semi-arid and alpine wet-damp ecotone between 450 and 550 mm.
