目的 :观察甜菊苷对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法 :WistarKyoto(WKY)大鼠及自发性高血压大鼠用戊巴比妥钠麻醉后 ,进行手术 ,术后 1 0min给予甜菊苷药物试验。结果 :2 5 ,5 0 ,1 0 0mg kg静脉注射可剂量依赖性地降低麻醉正常血压WKY大鼠的收缩压和舒张压 ,并以降低舒张压的作用明显 ,同样可减慢心率 ,降低左心室内压最大上升速率和左心室内压对数值最大变化速率。结论 :甜菊苷有较强而持久的降血压作用 ,并能减慢心率和抑制心肌的收缩性
Objective : To observe the effect of stevioside on hemodynamics in anesthetized rats. METHODS : WistarKyoto (WKY) rats and spontaneously hypertensive rats were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium. The patients were given a stevioside test at 10 min after surgery. RESULTS: Intravenous injection of 25, 50, and 100 mg kg dose-dependently reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure in anesthetized normotensive WKY rats, and significantly reduced diastolic blood pressure, which also slowed heart rate and decreased left The maximum rate of rise of intraventricular pressure and the maximum rate of change of left intraventricular pressure. Conclusion: Stevioside has strong and long-lasting antihypertensive effect, and can slow down heart rate and inhibit myocardial contractility.
