目的对治疗小儿漏斗胸时使用非胸腔镜辅助微创Nuss手术治疗的临床效果进行观察和探讨。方法选取患有小儿漏斗胸患儿68例,对称性漏斗胸65例,非对称性漏斗胸3例。对所有患儿均采取在非胸腔镜辅助下进行Nuss手术治疗,并对其治疗效果进行观察。结果所有患儿均顺利完成手术,未发生严重并发症,手术平均耗时40min,平均出血量10ml。有66例患儿在术后6个月内获得随访,患儿及家属均非常满意手术效果。结论非胸腔镜辅助Nuss术后治疗小儿漏斗胸安全可靠,在不使用进入胸腔操作下进行手术,创伤更小,耗时较短,治疗效果非常理想。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of non-thoracoscopic assisted minimally invasive Nuss surgery in the treatment of pediatric funnel chest. Methods 68 children with pediatric funnel chest children, 65 cases of symmetrical funnel chest, 3 cases of asymmetric funnel chest. All children were treated with non-thoracoscopic assisted Nuss surgery, and the treatment effect was observed. Results All children were successfully completed surgery, no serious complications, the average time-consuming operation 40min, the average amount of bleeding 10ml. 66 cases of children were followed up within 6 months after surgery, children and their families are very satisfied with the surgical results. Conclusion Non thoracoscopic assisted Nuss postoperative treatment of pediatric funnel chest safe and reliable operation in the chest without surgery, less trauma, shorter time-consuming, the treatment effect is very satisfactory.
