目前,建筑企业对工程造价的预结算审核工作有一定的重视,同时也取得了一定的成绩,这对土建工程的发展有很重要的作用,有利于建筑工程取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。但造价预结算审核工作还存在着一些问题。文章介绍了土建工程预结算审核的方法,针对土建工程造价预结算审核存在的问题提出一些建议,以便于土建工程造价预结算审核工作更加快速稳定发展,为建筑行业的发展提供保障。
At present, the construction enterprises pay a lot of attention to the pre-settlement audit of the project cost, and at the same time, they have achieved certain achievements. This has an important role in the development of civil engineering projects and is conducive to obtaining good social and economic benefits for the construction projects. However, pre-settlement cost audit work there are still some problems.
