针对实训基地管理现状,提出学生包干区管理模式,在提高实训室管理效率的同时有效提高了学生的职业技能和责任意识,锤炼了工匠精神,取得了良好的实际效果。
According to the status quo of training base management, this paper puts forward the management mode of student training area, which improves the management efficiency of training room and enhances students’ vocational skills and sense of responsibility effectively. It also teaches the craftsman spirit and achieves good practical results.
