一、基本情况长沙轴承厂空压机房装有3台3L-10/8型空压机.为降低空压机噪声,采取了以下治理措施:1.安装KYJ-Ⅱ-4型进气消声器;2.在空压机一侧设置活动隔声屏和顶部安装升降吸声顶.通常,治理空压机噪声,是在进气口安装消声器,并对机房墙面安装吸声板,以及另设低噪声的值班室或建造隔声间.但在本工程中,因受场地和经费等的限制,而考虑采用了上述方案.这样,机房和屏的平面布置如图1所示示.
