为提高和培养松辽流域从事水土保持和灌溉管理工作人员的科技和管理水平,推动全流域水保和灌溉工作适应改革的需要,开创新局面。水电部松辽委和东北水电学校于3月18日在长春市联合举办了水土保持和灌溉管理两个培训班,时间为三个月。根据专业的性质和实际需要,分别开设了有关基础课。
In order to improve and cultivate the scientific and technological level of management of soil and water conservation and irrigation management personnel in the Songhua-Liaohe River Basin and promote the work of water conservancy and flood control and irrigation in the whole basin to meet the needs of the reform, a new situation has been created. The Songliao Committee of the Ministry of Electricity and Water and Electricity Northeast China School of Hydropower jointly held two training courses on soil and water conservation and irrigation management in Changchun City on March 18, for a period of three months. According to the professional nature and actual needs, respectively, set up the basic course.
