本文通过对民国时期警察法著述的研究,特别是对郑宗楷的《警察法总论》和范扬的《警察行政法》的解读,向读者初步展现民国时期警察权,警察行政等方面的理念。

Through the study of the police law writings in the Republic of China, especially on Zheng Zongkai’s “General Police Law” and Fan Yang’s “Administrative Law on Police”, this essay preliminarily reveals to readers the concepts of police power and police administration in the Republic of China.
