对于核心价值观,我们从2006年党的十六届六中全会就首次提出了要建设社会主义核心价值体系的命题。到十七届六中全会提出了社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂,再到十八大更进一步提出要倡导社会主义核心价值观,看出来核心价值体系建设中,核心价值观是在一步一步地深入与深化。要培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,需要从两个层面来看,一个是从认识上,认识上我们要解决哪些问题,一个是在实践上,实践上我们要解决哪些问题。
For the core values, we first proposed the proposition for building a socialist core value system from the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in 2006. At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, we proposed that the socialist core value system is the soul of rejuvenating China. At the 18th CPC National Congress, we further advocated the promotion of the socialist core values. We can see that in the construction of the core value system, the core values are gradually deepened step by step And deepen. To cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, we need to look at two aspects. One is understanding what we want to solve, and the other one is what we should actually solve in practice and practice.
