我们于1988年6月下旬对瑞士山德士和西德的路易坡药厂进行了工作考察,并参观了一所医院药房,现将考察的主要情况简要介绍,以期对医药同行有所裨益.一、基本情况山德士药厂是个有103年历史的跨国企业,生产西药、农药、化工、染料等几个大类产品,其中生产西药占46%.雇员近4万4千人.1987年总销售额达89.8亿瑞士法郎,是世界第八大药厂.路易坡药厂是私营的家族工厂,有79年历史.主要生产软膏,也生产片剂,注射剂等.厂本部雇员270名,在国外有6个子公司,雇员合计1500名,年产值2亿马克.我们参观了这两个厂的片剂、针剂、口服液剂及软膏剂车间,质量检验中心,药理、毒理实验大楼及仓贮等设施,他们那精湛的工艺、严格的质控和管理,以及先进的设备给我们留下了深刻的印象.如片剂车间,山德士药厂采用一步法制粒机,从投料到颗粒制成,生产速度快,劳动强度小,室内无粉尘飞扬.
