广东省X地区在改革与转型的关键时期面临着诸多社会矛盾,为缓解民众对立情绪,当地政府制定并推行“一村一律师”政策。但在政策出台后,该地区仍然出现了相当数量的群体性事件,相关矛盾并未得到妥善解决。本文基于公共政策的视角,对广东省X地区的“一村一律师”政策提出相应对策建议。
In the crucial period of reform and transformation, X-zone in Guangdong Province is facing many social conflicts. In order to ease public sentiment, the local government formulated and implemented the “one village one lawyer” policy. However, a considerable number of mass incidents still occurred in the region after the policy was promulgated, and the relevant contradictions have not been properly resolved. Based on the perspective of public policy, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the policy of “one village one lawyer” in Area X of Guangdong Province.
