“人为性”和“缺德性”是当前各类安全问题频发的重要原因,以《周易》为文本,分析安全伦理的基本要求、基本层面和行为方法以及德性根基。当位说和变卦说在体现规则意识的同时又破坏了对于规则的坚守;生生之德表达了对于生命的尊重和善待,是安全伦理的基本精神;慎密和反身内省是安全伦理的基本行为要求;构建安全伦理的长久之计和坚实后盾是以“天人合德”为目标的德性修养。

Based on the Book of Changes, this paper analyzes the basic requirements, basic aspects and behavior methods of safety ethics and the foundation of virtue.
