目的 研究心血管事件高危患者高脂餐后血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)浓度的变化,探讨极短期氟伐他汀对血浆hsCRP浓度的影响。方法 43例冠心病及其等危症患者随机分为氟伐他汀组(22例)和常规治疗组(21例),分别在常规治疗的基础上加服氟伐他汀(40 mg/d)和安慰剂。治疗前和1周后接受高脂餐负荷试验,检测空腹和餐后4 h血浆hsCRP和血脂水平。结果 两组患者的餐后血浆甘油三酯和hsCRP浓度较空腹水平明显升高(P<0.05)。1周后,常规治疗组的空腹和餐后血浆hsCRP浓度与血脂水平无显著变化;氟伐他汀组的餐后血浆甘油三酯和hsCRP浓度较治疗前显著降低,但血浆hsCRP浓度降低与血脂的变化无显著相关。结论 极短期氟伐他汀治疗有效降低心血管事件高危患者餐后升高的血浆hsCRP浓度。
Objective To investigate the change of plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) after high-fat meal in high-risk patients with cardiovascular events and to investigate the effect of very short-term fluvastatin on the concentration of plasma hsCRP. Methods Forty-three patients with coronary heart disease and their critically ill patients were randomly divided into fluvastatin group (n = 22) and conventional treatment group (n = 21). Fluvastatin (40 mg / d) and Placebo. Before and 1 week after treatment, the high-fat meal load test was carried out to detect the plasma hsCRP and blood lipid level at 4 h after fasting and postprandial. Results The postprandial plasma triglyceride and hsCRP concentrations in both groups were significantly higher than those in the fasting group (P <0.05). After 1 week, the fasting and postprandial plasma concentrations of hsCRP did not change significantly with the level of serum lipids in the conventional treatment group; the postprandial plasma triglyceride and hsCRP concentrations in the fluvastatin group were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the plasma concentrations of hsCRP decreased There was no significant correlation between changes. Conclusions Very short-term fluvastatin treatment effectively reduces postprandial plasma hsCRP levels in patients at high risk of cardiovascular events.
