本文分析、研究了1Cr18合金材料在0.2mol·L-1H2SO4溶液中的摩擦腐蚀过程中产生微电偶腐蚀的可能性及原因,并研究了微电偶对摩擦电化学行为的影响.研究结果表明:由于摩擦过程造成材料表面的电化学不均一性是产生微电偶作用的真正原因.未摩擦表面与摩擦表面的面积比显著地影响了摩擦电偶电位和摩擦电偶电流的大小.外加载荷的增大使未摩擦表面与摩擦表面间电化学不均一性加大,从而影响了摩擦电偶电位和摩擦电偶电流的大小.
This paper analyzes and studies the possibility and causes of the micro-galvanic corrosion in 1Cr18 alloy during the friction corrosion in 0.2 mol·L-1H2SO4 solution, and studies the influence of the micro-galvanic couple on the tribochemical behavior. The results show that the electrochemical nonuniformity of the surface of the material due to the friction process is the real reason for the micro-galvanic action. The area ratio of the un-rubbed surface to the rubbed surface significantly affects the magnitude of the tribocoupling potential and the tribocoupling current. The increase of the applied load increases the electrochemical nonuniformity between the un-rubbed surface and the rubbed surface, which affects the magnitude of the frictional galvanic potential and the frictional galvanic current.
