主持人:步入工业社会以来,矿产资源就成为影响经济和国力的重要因素之一。马克思在《资本论》中说:“农业、矿业、加工业和交通运输业是社会四大生产部门,”农业提供人类赖以生存的粮食,矿业则是工业赖以生存和发展的粮食。没有矿业,加工和运输就成为“无米之炊”。正是在这个意义上,我们很有必要讨论一下我国矿业及矿业经济发展的情况。
Moderator: Since entering the industrial society, mineral resources have become one of the important factors affecting economic and national strength. In Capital, Marx said: “Agriculture, mining, processing and transportation are the four major social sectors of production.” Agriculture provides the food upon which mankind depends, and mining is the food upon which the industry depends for survival and development. Without mining, processing and transportation have become “straw without rice.” It is in this sense that it is very important for us to discuss the development of the mining and mining economy in our country.
