针对某型号挖掘机工作100余h后,发生斗齿销弯曲失效的问题,对斗齿销进行受力分析、金相检测、硬度测试和化学成分分析。分析结果表明,在对斗齿销进行油淬处理时,由于冷却速度低,导致斗齿销芯部未能淬透,最终获得的硬度偏低,因而造成斗齿销强度不足,承载能力下降。将斗齿销材料由45钢更改为35Cr Mo合金钢后,在同样热处理条件下,使得斗齿销硬度满足要求,且安全系数得到提高。经试验验证,该改进方法有效提升了斗齿销的使用寿命,解决了斗齿销容易弯曲失效的问题。
For a certain type of excavator working for more than 100 h, the problem of bucket tooth pin bending failure occurs, and the tooth force analysis, metallographic test, hardness test and chemical composition analysis are carried out. The results show that when the oil is quenched from the teeth of the bucket gear, the core of the teeth of the bucket gear is not hardenable due to the low cooling rate, resulting in a low hardness finally resulting in insufficient strength of the bucket pin and a decrease of carrying capacity. The bucket tooth pin material from 45 steel to 35Cr Mo alloy steel, under the same heat treatment conditions, making the tooth hardness to meet the requirements, and the safety factor is improved. The test proved that the improved method effectively improves the service life of the bucket pin and solves the problem that the bucket pin is easily bent and failed.
