农业领域的国际竞争,从根本上将是农民素质的竞争,迫切需要一批既掌握国际规则又懂农业的农民。荷兰90%的农民受过中等教育,法国35岁以下的农民,85%以上受过农业职业教育。提高农民素质是改变中国农民命运的一项伟大工程,应尽快把农民培养成有专业技能的新型农民,加速我国经济型农业向现代农业发展。建议:
The international competition in the field of agriculture will fundamentally compete with the quality of peasants. There is an urgent need for a group of peasants who master not only international rules but also agriculture. More than 90% of Dutch farmers have secondary education. More than 85% of French farmers under 35 have received agricultural vocational education. Improving the quality of peasants is a great project to change the fate of peasants in China.
