China and the United States have always played an extremely important role in the world economy and their relations are of great significance to the world economic situation. China put forward the great idea of preparing for the establishment of the AIIB in 2014 and its preparations for the preparatory work have also been strongly supported by many countries in the Asia Pacific region and some developed countries in Europe. At the same time, however, the United States has voiced different opinions about China’s preparations for the establishment of the AIIB. It believes that the AIIB, China’s preparatory bank, has hit the existing international financial order, causing turmoil in the international financial system and saying that it will not join the AIIB and persuade trade Partner countries refuse to participate in the AIIB. This article will analyze the motivations for the establishment of the AIIB in China, the United States’ analysis of the Asian Development Bank (AIIB) considerations, the Sino-American interest confrontation points, and commonalities in analyzing the Sino-U.S. Relations in the preparation of the AIIB.
