目的探讨脊髓栓系综合征（TCS）术后疗效与病理类型的关系。方法随访TCS术后患儿45例，通过临床评分，观察术后疗效，并分析与病理类型的关系。结果患儿术后神经症状多有所改善或无变化，部分出现症状恶化。脂肪瘤型术后评分（6.80±3.16）显著低于术前（8.60±4.64），并低于非脂肪瘤型（9.28±4.65）。病程越短，术后效果越好。结论TCS松解术目的在于阻止神经症状的发生及发展，提倡早期手术。
