本文首先论述了城市排水工程水文计算的特点和不同性质的城市排水工程采用不同设计频率的理由;再从各国常用的不同暴雨强度公式中提出了城市排水工程方面的合理公式类型以及公式中几个参数的推求方法;并讨论了统计自动雨量资料时有关选样方法、最少年限和统计频率的计算方法等问题。对于只有短年自动资料的城市,作者提出了应用短年自动资料与长年人工资料联合统计的方法。最后,还分析了两种计算暴雨径流系数方法的关系、排洪沟和雨水道的汇流进水时间的理论计算公式,以及小汇水面积排洪沟设计中暴雨最大径流的理论计算公式。
This paper first discusses the characteristics of hydrological calculation of urban drainage projects and the reasons for using different design frequencies for urban drainage projects with different properties. Then, from the different storm intensity formulas commonly used in various countries, this paper presents some reasonable formulas for urban drainage projects and several Parameters of the method of estimation; and discusses the statistical methods for automatic selection of rainfall sampling methods, the minimum number of years and statistical methods of calculation of frequency and other issues. For cities with only short-term automatic data, the author proposes a method of using the combined statistics of short-year automatic data and long-term artificial data. Finally, the relationship between the two methods for calculating stormwater runoff coefficient, the theoretical formula for the confluent inflow of flood drains and storm drains, and the theoretical formula for calculating the maximum storm runoff in the drainage area of a small catchment area are also analyzed.
