东府办[2012]175号各镇人民政府(街道办事处)、市府直属各单位:《东莞市实施<广东省城镇居民社会养老保险试点实施办法>细则(试行)》业经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2012年12月4日东莞市实施《广东省城镇居民社会养老保险试点实施办法》细则(试行)为进一步完善社会养老保险体系,根据《印发广东省城镇居民社会养老保险试点实施办法的通知》(粤府[2011]127号)精神,制定如下实施细则:一、参保范围年满60周岁、没有参加我市城乡一体化社会养老保险和其他养老保险的本市户籍非从业人员,可在户籍所属的社会保险经办机构自愿申请参加城镇居民养老保险。
