研究了添加微量Sc ,Zr的Al Mg合金的再结晶行为 ,结果表明 :Al Mg Sc Zr合金的再结晶起始温度为 40 0℃ ,细小、弥散、与基体共格的析出相对位错和亚晶的钉扎作用是合金再结晶温度大幅度提高的主要原因 ,再结晶形核机制为亚晶聚合机制。关键词 :钪 ;锆 ;铝合金 ;再结晶
The results show that the initial recrystallization temperature of Al Mg Sc Zr alloy is 40 0 ℃. The microstructure of the Al Mg Sc Zr alloy is small, The pinning effect of the crystal is the main reason for the significant increase of the recrystallization temperature of the alloy, and the recrystallization nucleation mechanism is the subgrain polymerization mechanism.
