为了探讨图像噪声对伽玛刀剂量学参数检测结果的影响,依据GBZ 168-2005《X、γ射线头部立体定向外科治疗放射卫生防护标准》中的检测方法对伽玛刀进行了剂量学参数检测,检测胶片用胶片剂量分析软件进行分析,得出图像降噪前后的分析结果,用SPSS 11.0对分析结果进行配对t检验。检验结果显示,伽玛刀验证胶片图像降噪处理前后照射野尺寸与标称值最大偏差的分析结果差异有统计学意义(t=7.600,P<0.01),不同尺寸准直器的照射野半影宽度的分析结果差异有统计学意义(t=5.334,P<0.01)。说明图像噪声对伽玛刀剂量学参数检测结果有影响,可能导致检测结果出现偏差。
In order to investigate the effect of image noise on the measurement results of gamma knife dosimetry parameters, the gamma knife was subjected to dosimetry according to GBZ 168-2005 “X-ray and gamma-ray stereotactic surgical treatment of radiation protection standards” Detection and detection of film with film dose analysis software to analyze the results obtained before and after the image noise reduction, using SPSS 11.0 paired t-test results.
