我国自改革开放,特别是采取以市场化为取向的改革以来,社会的利益关系与利益结构较之改革开放前发生了深刻的变革。利益分化日益加剧,利益主体日趋多元化,利益矛盾日渐突出,利益失衡所引发的社会矛盾和冲突严重威胁着社会的和谐稳定。因此,通过改革开放前后利益格局的比较并在充分分析新时期人民内部利益矛盾的内容、表现形式、特征和发展趋势的基础上,进而探讨实现利益和谐的途径,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。
