从四个方面阐述了提高水文数据库质量而采取的质量控制措施：做好测站资料考证，保证站名、测站编码和刊印资料相一致；开发多功能录校软件，按现行《水文年鉴编印规范》ＳＤ２４４－８７（以下简称现行《规范》）要求，最大限度消除入库数据各类错误，统一入库数据标准，补充部分早期未整编项目；编制自控装载程序，保证入库文件数据全部正确转贮；应用数据库查询语言检验入库数据，进一步提高入库数据质量。可供水文部门数据库建设之参考。
