从四个方面阐述了提高水文数据库质量而采取的质量控制措施:做好测站资料考证,保证站名、测站编码和刊印资料相一致;开发多功能录校软件,按现行《水文年鉴编印规范》SD244-87(以下简称现行《规范》)要求,最大限度消除入库数据各类错误,统一入库数据标准,补充部分早期未整编项目;编制自控装载程序,保证入库文件数据全部正确转贮;应用数据库查询语言检验入库数据,进一步提高入库数据质量。可供水文部门数据库建设之参考。
