合成了一种含磺酸基席夫碱。通过核磁、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,研究了其在不同溶剂中的紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱及对过渡金属离子的识别。结果表明:在不同溶剂中紫外最大吸收波长发生红移,荧光最大发射波长发生蓝移,在丙酮和DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中荧光发生猝灭;该席夫碱作为荧光探针分子对Fe~(3+)和Cu~(2+)有良好的识别作用。
A sulfonic acid-containing Schiff base was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by NMR and FTIR. The UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra of these compounds in different solvents were studied and the transition metal ions were identified. The results showed that the maximum wavelength of UV absorption shifts red-shifted in different solvents, and the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength shifts blue. The fluorescence quenches in acetone and DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) Fluorescent probe molecules have good recognition of Fe ~ (3+) and Cu ~ (2+).
