Sugarcane is a cash crop in tropical and subtropical regions, and its residue can be used as raw material for papermaking. Pulping process is actually a de-lignin fiber separation process, and the choice of pulping process and the use of lignin depends largely on the structure of lignin. Many people have done a lot of work for this purpose. But all ignored the differences in the morphological degree of lignin. Therefore, there is a lack of an exact description of the lignin structure of sugarcane. This work attempts to explore in this area, in order to reveal the similarities and differences of lignin structure in different cells, this paper first focus on the lignin structure in the fibrous tissue band.
