油画和中国画、水彩画、版画等绘画艺术门类一样,都是经过长期发展的,具有鲜明的材料特征、丰富的语言特色和具有各种成熟技法的,可以说是成熟完备的一种艺术形式。油画艺术是在欧洲发生、发展和成熟的,是在西方的文化语境中成长起来的,所以我们提到油画艺术,就自然地把它归为西方传统的艺术样式。油画艺术的辉煌历史在欧洲,而现代油画的发展则出现了表现技法多元化和国际化的趋势。油画艺术传入中国已经有三百多年的历史了,新中国成立后,中国油画得到长足发展,现已进入和中国文化相互融合、与国际油画艺术同步发展的健康道路。那么,何谓中国文化语境呢?
Like Chinese painting, watercolors, prints and other art categories, oil painting is a well-developed and complete art form that has been developed for a long time and has distinctive material characteristics, rich language features and various mature techniques. Oil painting, which took place in Europe, developed and matured, grew up in Western cultural contexts. So when we referred to the art of oil painting, we naturally classified it as the traditional Western art style. The glorious history of oil painting art is in Europe, and the development of modern oil painting shows the trend of diversification and internationalization of performance techniques. Since the founding of New China, Chinese oil painting has made great strides. Now it has entered a healthy path that is compatible with Chinese culture and synchronized with the international oil painting art. So, what is the Chinese cultural context?
