本文研究了温度和化学药剂对牡丹(Paeo-niasufruticosa)切花乙烯释放及贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,温度是影响牡丹切花乙烯合成的重要因素;切花经1mMSTS+100(10-6)HQL+1mMDCCD预处理20分钟后,分别置于20℃、25℃和30℃下保温5h,乙烯释放量随温度升高而显著升高,高温下预处理抑制乙烯释放的效应明显;切花经预处理可以显著地延长瓶插寿命和观赏品质。松散期是牡丹切花的最佳采收时期。
In this paper, the effects of temperature and chemical agents on the ethylene release and storage quality of cut Paeo-niasufruticosa were studied. The results showed that temperature was an important factor affecting the ethylene synthesis of cut peony flower. The cut flower was pretreated with 1mM STS + 100 (10-6) HQL + 1mM DCCD for 20 minutes and then incubated at 20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ for 5h respectively. High and significantly increased, the pretreatment at high temperature inhibited the release of ethylene obvious effect; cut flower pretreatment can significantly extend the vase life and ornamental quality. Loose period is the best harvest of peony cut flowers.
