北京,我国的首都,全国的政治、文化中心和国际交往的枢纽,也是一座著名的“历史文化名城”。它作为城市的经历可以追溯到3000年前。早在春秋战国时期(公元前770年—公元前221年),北京地区已经成为诸侯国的都城,秦、汉和三国时期,北京地区更是中国北方的重镇之一。北京成为国都开始于金代,此后的元朝、明朝和清朝的都城均建立在北京,共有34位皇帝曾在此发号施令,统治全国。
Beijing, the capital of our country, the political and cultural center of the country and the hub of international exchanges, is also a famous “historic city”. Its history as a city goes back 3,000 years. As early as during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period (770 BC - 221 BC), Beijing became the capital of the vassal states during the Qin, Han and Three Kingdoms period. Beijing was also one of the most important towns in northern China. Beijing became the capital all started in the Jin Dynasty. Since then, the capital cities of Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty have all been established in Beijing. A total of 34 emperors have issued orders and ruled the country.
