经中国金属学会批准,理化检验学会短时力学学术委员会已经成立。我所受理化检验学会的委托主办了这次成立会议。会议于1988年9月21日至26日在上海第二军医大学召开,来自北京钢铁研究总院、有色总院、长城钢厂、昆钢钢研所、重庆特殊钢厂、鞍钢、武钢、国防科大等全国十三个单位的代表出席了会议。在开幕式上我所付总工程师朱鉴清同志代表主办单位讲了话。会议筹备负责人、理化检验学会理事王承忠同志对会议的筹办情况及前几年
Approved by China Metals Society, Physical and Chemical Testing Institute of short-term mechanics academic committee has been established. I accepted the Institute of Chemistry Commission commissioned the establishment of this meeting. The meeting was held in Shanghai Second Military Medical University from September 21 to September 26, 1988, from Beijing Iron and Steel Research Institute, Nonferrous General Hospital, Great Wall Steel, Kunming Iron and Steel Institute, Chongqing Special Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, HKUST and other representatives of 13 units attended the meeting. At the opening ceremony, Comrade Zhu Jianqing, the chief engineer I paid, spoke on behalf of the organizers. Meeting preparation leader, Comrade Wang Chengzhong, director of the Institute of Physical and Chemical Testing of the meeting's preparation and a few years ago
