党的十三届三中全会,会上全面要求,对关系到国计民生的部分商品统一由国家工商局管理,其他的商品根据市场的调节机制合理管理价格。全新的价格规章制度,使得企业拥有对商品很大的定价权,对企业来说,即使一个良好的发展机遇同时也对企业的价格管理提出更高的要求。完善企业价格管理制度,是完成市场经济价格改革的重要的一部分。
At the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, it fully demanded that the unification of part of the commodities concerning the livelihood of the people and the economy should be managed by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and that the prices of other commodities should be reasonably managed in accordance with market regulatory mechanisms. The new price rules and regulations, making the enterprise has a great pricing of goods, for enterprises, even a good opportunity for development but also on the enterprise’s price management put forward higher requirements. Perfecting the enterprise price management system is an important part of the reform of the market economy price.
