文化全球化进程中,文化产业成为国民经济重要组成部分。在对文化产业管理专业培养目标阐述基础上得出该专业需要开设跨文化交际课程来培养学生文化差异敏感性,发展学生跨文化交际意识,提高跨文化交际能力。进一步从课程定位、课程开设时间及课时和课程设计理念与思路三个方面讨论了课程设置问题,同时为该课程教学内容选择进行初步探索。从而为培养宽阔的文化视野和现代管理意识以及良好沟通能力的文化产业管理人才提供一定建议。
In the process of cultural globalization, cultural industries have become an important part of the national economy. On the basis of elaborating the training objective of cultural industry management, it is concluded that the major needs to set up intercultural communication courses to cultivate students ’sensitivity to cultural differences, develop students’ awareness of intercultural communication and enhance intercultural communication skills. Further discusses the curriculum setup from three aspects: course orientation, course opening time and class time and course design concept and train of thought, at the same time, I make a tentative exploration of the course content selection. So as to cultivate a broad cultural vision and modern management awareness and good communication skills of cultural industry management personnel to provide some advice.
