本刊讯 中共南京市委在治理内部资料工作中动真格、出硬招,包括市委办公厅主办的《南京通讯》在内的17种内部资料被停办。 1996年以来,南京市先后开展了3轮报刊治理工作。经过治理,报刊结构得到了优化,出版质量得到了改进,社会效益得到了增强,取得了一定的成效。但是,报刊出版中仍然存在着一些突出问题。主要是;一些由原内部报刊转化而来的内部
