1 活塞加工偏心燃烧室工序现状目前,全国各活塞生产厂家在加工偏心燃烧室时,普遍使用偏心止口座定位装夹.止口座形式如图1此种定位装夹方式有如下几处缺点1 通用性差 偏心止口座与其它工序止口座不统一,无法相互代用,故通用性差.2 设计繁锁 偏心止口座设计繁琐,几乎是一种产品需要一种设计.不能象普通止 口座那样,只需在通风图样下相应的表格内 填充设计数字即可.因而不易形成标准化、系列化图纸设计.3 加工困难 因为存在两圆柱部分的不同心问题,且偏心量公差要求较严,故加工难度较大,加工精度较难保证.4 检测困难 加工出的止口座的尺寸公差检测不够准确.
