患者男性,62岁。右眼视物不清伴眼痛4 d,于2011年3月29日来我院就诊。3个月前因右眼闭角型青光眼,行右眼小梁切除术,术后Vod 0.25,随访眼压正常。现专科检查:视力0.08;Vos 0.4,右眼结膜充血,角膜上皮和基质层弥漫性水肿,灰白KP数十个,前房浅,瞳孔大,直径约5.0 mm,周切孔畅,上方滤泡扁平,眼底C/D=0.8,眼压40 mm Hg。诊断为:右眼抗青光眼术后高眼压。给予局部、全身降眼压药,
