每到年末,全世界的老板们都在想的一件事情莫过于:今年的年终奖该怎么发?说年终奖是企业老板对员工的一种“自愿行为”,恐怕没有几个老板会同意。不知从何时开始,年终奖成了不成文的企业规定。于是,如何让年终奖发者痛快、收者愉快,便成了一个全球问题。美、日企业的年终奖发放,从数量到方式上都和中国老板们不同,员工看待奖金的角度也不一样。在中国,不知道从什么时候开始,年终奖制度开始变异:奖金变成员工了解“企业对自己的评价”甚至“挺过最后几个月”的理由……当然,在中国,还有另一类年终奖:所有的人都按行政级别发钱,年终奖发的也差不多,所以根本没什么激励作用……
