蕉芋,又叫芭蕉芋、洋芋头.它是一种适应性广、生命力强、含淀粉多的山坡地作物.性喜温湿,在热带、亚热带地方分布很广,我国南方几个省都有分布.我省各地也均有种植.一般亩产在6000斤左右.其栽培技术:1.播种季节:一般在清明开始种植,最迟可种到立夏.2.整地和种植:在山坡地按2～3尺见方的行穴距,挖一个洞,把开始发芽的块茎埋入土穴并盖上松土.3.施肥:挖好播种穴以后,浇入稀人粪尿(一担加水4～5担)一粪杓,再下种,然后盖上猪粪拌灰肥,最后盖一些土和铲下的杂草.追肥一般在苗期和块茎膨大期,泼浇一些稀人粪尿.
